riding confidence, or improve performance. Click the

The Enjoy Riding Programme uses
Neuro-Linguistic Programming techniques, including
hypnosis and visualisation, stress management exercises,
Bach Flower Remedies and homoeopathy to help riders
change the way they feel and behave in problem
situations. With Enjoy Riding, you can gain the skills
to help yourself. The Enjoy Riding Programme has been
put together by qualified homoeopath and NLP
Practitioner Caroline Putus, who is also a lifelong
rider and horse owner.
You’re not alone: many,
many riders experience problems in their confidence.
Sometimes just in a certain situation, for example in
competition, sometimes as a result of an accident or bad
experience, sometimes for no discernable reason. The
Enjoy Riding Programme has helped many riders to gain
practical skills to help them change the way they feel.
Enjoy Riding recognises that we are all unique
individuals. People progress and heal at their own rate
and in their own way. There are no magic wands, but the
majority of riders taking part in Enjoy Riding find a
worthwhile improvement in their confidence and
performance.
Caroline has been helping
people to regain optimum health since 1994. She has
undergone three years’ training in homoeopathy,
counselling skills, anatomy, physiology and disease
processes, with a grounding in diet and nutrition. She
has also trained in the use of Bach Flower Remedies, and
in Positive Stress Management. She has studied
Neuro-Linguistic Programming with Dr Richard Bandler,
co-founder of NLP, Paul McKenna and Michael Breen.
Caroline holds a Diploma in Homoeopathy, Certificates in
Counselling Skills and Stress Management, and is a
Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She is a
Registered Member of the Association of Natural
Medicine. She is a member of the Association’s Governing
Council and represents the ANM on the national body, the
Council of Organisations Registering Homoeopaths.
Caroline continues to deepen her appreciation of NLP by
attending a regular group, and she is currently studying
on the Allen College Post Graduate Homoeopathy course
with a homoeopath of world standing, Dr S K
Banerjea.
Caroline started pestering to learn to
ride at four years old. She has never looked back! She
has owned and ridden a very wide variety of horses and
ponies over more than 40 years. She currently owns a
beautiful, but problematical, ID/TB gelding and a cheeky
little Welsh Section A. Despite her advancing years and
injuries from past falls catching up with her, Caroline
still enjoys her riding! Her aim is to help others enjoy
their riding, too.
